Refund and Cancellations

  • Fees once paid at Golden India Lyfeskill are non-refundable, except under the following special circumstances:
  • 1 - If a student is charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, the extra amount (excluding bank/payment charges) will be refunded after verification.
  • 2 - If payment is deducted but admission is not successful due to a system issue, we will confirm the admission manually or refund the amount (after deducting any applicable charges).
  • To initiate a refund request, students must submit a written application with payment reference number and original receipt (if available).
  • The application must be submitted in person at our institute front office or emailed to our support team at support@goldenindialyfeskill.com
  • After internal verification, valid refund claims will be processed through bank transfer within 21 working days. Refund time depends on the student’s bank policy.
  • Other refund scenarios may include payment processing failure, insufficient bank balance, system errors, or exceptional events like natural disasters.
  • 1 - Incorrect or incomplete payment details.
  • 2 - Bank decline due to insufficient balance or payment limit restrictions.
  • 3 - Payment blocked due to bank security or technical issue.
  • 4 - Interruption caused by power failure or unforeseen error.
  • 5 - Server or software failure during payment processing.
  • 6 - If any such failure occurs, students will be notified via SMS or email.
