- No sessions should be attended, and course content should not be accessed.
- A valid reason must be provided for cancellation along with transaction details.
- Processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.

- Accessing any part of the course materials or live sessions.
- Attempting to cancel after course completion or certification.
- Courses purchased under discounts, offers, or limited-time deals.
- Violation of student guidelines, misuse of content, or disruptive behavior.
- Incomplete or false refund request details.
If we suspect any misuse of our platform, false refund claims, or policy violations, Golden India Lyfeskill reserves the right to take strict legal action, suspend or terminate access, and block your account permanently without prior notice.
